Another new publication, which is available online at Organic and Biological Chemistry.  This time its an investigation of the sequence space occupied by natural variants of the triazine hydrolase, TrzN.  The work described was done by Elena Sugrue (pictured), a doctoral candidate in Colin Jackson's lab at the Australian National University, and it focuses on the interaction of two major biochemical phenotypes: protein stability and substrate specificity (determined by reaction chemistry).
